What to do if the Mac says "unidentified developer"
That's normal — it only means the file has no Apple certificate, not that anything is wrong. To open it anyway:
  1. Double-click the installer and let it get blocked.
  2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Security, find the blocked installer, click Open Anyway.
  4. Double-click it again and choose Open.
